Tragic:The man that plunged into the third mainland bridge with his newly acquired car.

Mr Shola Oladimeji is the 43 years old driver of a gold-coloured Toyota Sienna bus which veered off the Third Mainland Bridge, on 26th January 2012, and plunged into the lagoon. He was rescued after he swam towards the shining rays of light,according to him. Contrary to the news going around that he was off on high speed,Mr Shola said he wasn't,that he was going on the speed limit of 60km. Thank God that the man is alive and well. Lesson learnt.
